This newly constructed property was inspired by the works of Louisiana architect, A. Hays Town. This southern style home, with both front and back porches, is located on several acres in Jacksonville, Texas. It featured aesthetics include a long winding driveway, barn, baseball field, and chicken coup - all of which are accented with architectural antiques such as paneling and leaded glass doors from England, transoms, ceiling medallions. Building materials, such as bricks and beams, were reclaimed from an 1800s warehouse and incorporated into the design - all of this, serving to make this house feel like a part of history.
