Lakewood Boulevard

Major renovation and addition to 1927 Colonial home in the Lakewood Conservation District.  We absolutely love the charm and detail of this home and worked closely with the City of Dallas Planning & Urban Design to design this gem the best version of itself within the Conservation District guidelines.  

The 3700 sf three-story home will be almost doubled to 6000 sf with a detached carriage house equipped with a guest quarters and gym.
