Marketing & Studio Operations Coordinator
In-Studio Position | Dallas, Texas
Overview
Maestri Studio is seeking a Marketing & Studio Operations Coordinator who will help shape how our work is shared while also supporting the day-to-day rhythm of the studio.
This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling and studio operations. The person in this position will help bring our projects to life through thoughtful digital content while also ensuring the studio operates in an organized, welcoming, and professional way for both clients and the design team.
It is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with organization and who takes pride in helping a design studio function at its best.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content
• Create and publish Instagram content reflecting the studio’s visual standards
• Capture and edit photography and video during project visits, studio moments, and events
• Maintain a thoughtful and organized content calendar
• Update website imagery and portfolio content
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
Studio Operations
• Manage the shared studio calendar and coordinate team scheduling
• Organize client meetings, vendor presentations, and internal reviews
• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for studio inquiries
• Take meeting notes and coordinate follow up with the team
• Maintain front of house standards and studio hospitality
• Prepare the studio for client meetings and presentations
Qualifications
• Strong visual sensibility and interest in architecture and interior design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with social media content creation
• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Professional, polished, and discreet
• Comfortable interacting with high-end clients and vendors
Compensation
Salary: $45,000–$50,000 per year

Landscape & Technical Designer
In-Studio Position | Dallas, Texas
Overview
Maestri Studio is seeking a Landscape & Technical Designer who will contribute to both the creative and technical development of our projects.
Landscape is an integral part of our design process. Exterior environments are considered an extension of the architecture and interiors, shaping how a project meets the land and how outdoor spaces are experienced.
This role is collaborative and involved across many of the studio’s projects. It is well suited for someone who enjoys both design thinking and technical problem solving and who values working closely with architects, interior designers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Landscape Design
• Develop site plans, planting plans, and plant palettes
• Design hardscape, paving, slabs, and exterior site elements
• Specify exterior materials, furnishings, and landscape features
• Coordinate grading, drainage, and exterior lighting concepts
• Present landscape ideas and solutions to clients
Technical Documentation
• Produce landscape construction details and drawing sets
• Assist with construction documents, redlines, and coordination
• Coordinate with consultants and integrate feedback
• Provide CAD drafting support across architecture and interior projects when needed
Qualifications
• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field
• 2–5 years of professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of construction documentation
• Knowledge of plant materials appropriate for the Texas climate
• Comfortable presenting ideas to clients
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Compensation
Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year
