With over 30 years of experience as a meticulous “bean counter,” Rita ensures Maestri Studio’s finances run smoothly, making sure every detail is accounted for. Her expertise in the private sector means she keeps budgets balanced, invoices precise, and financial processes seamless—so the focus stays on great design.

A Texas Panhandle native, she grew up in Amarillo in a family of florists but carved her own path in finance. As a lifelong tomboy, she spent her early years riding dirt bikes and playing basketball—but tennis was her true passion, leading her to play in college. Now, she enjoys life with her two grown kids and a lively household of four rescue dogs.
