We are proud to continue our collaboration with valued repeat clients, enhancing and expanding their beloved home with thoughtful and innovative design. Our partnership began in 2019 with an ambitious renovation that doubled the size of their residence. This project, which earned us the Dallas Design Award for Residential Historical Restoration/Preservation, introduced a stunning new kitchen, living and dining spaces, a butler pantry, a luxurious primary suite, multiple baths, and a private study—seamlessly blending modern functionality with respect for the home’s historical character.

In this latest phase of transformation, we are enclosing a porch to create an additional office space. We are also crafting a new living and play space to inspire connection and creativity, while expanding the primary closet for enhanced storage and comfort. The project includes connecting the previously detached garage to the main house for improved convenience, with the new garage thoughtfully designed to be partially underground, maximizing space and efficiency. Additionally, we are adding a guest bedroom to create a warm and inviting retreat for visitors.
