This custom home is located in the Northern Hills Conservation District in Dallas near Turtle Creek and Highland Park. Our vision was to create a timeless home that would blend in with the immense character of the homes in the district and contribute to fabric, personality, and on-going longevity of this unique neighborhood. It was important to use to blend in traditional details, pay close attention to the scale of the home, and at the same time for the architecture to be a bold statement exuding its individuality.
This 4,500 sf home is mostly one-story and designed for comfortable living and entertaining. Its five fireplaces, slate roof, dentil brick details, and porte cochere give the house a sense of historical reference while being a fresh 2019 design.
