Architecture

From new construction to historic renovations, our full-service architecture approach covers every phase—from concept through construction administration—delivering thoughtful, timeless design tailored to how you live.

Interior Architecture

Interior Architecture bridges structure and soul. We design millwork, cabinetry, ceilings, and interior detailing that bring character, proportion, and flow—ensuring every space feels cohesive and beautifully resolved from the inside out.

Interior Design

We curate interiors that balance beauty and livability. Through materials, finish selections, and thoughtful detailing, we create spaces that reflect your personality and tell your story—layered, functional, and distinctly yours.

Procurement

We manage every detail of ordering, storage, and installation so your design comes together seamlessly. Our turnkey process ensures each item arrives, fits, and finishes exactly as envisioned.

Landscape 

We design landscapes that live in harmony with the architecture and interior design—blurring the line between indoors and out. From terraces to gardens and outdoor furnishings, every element is thoughtfully composed to create a seamless, cohesive experience that feels both natural and beautifully designed.

Atelier Access: Subscriptions (3-month minimum)

Design support, your way—virtual or in person.

Whether you prefer an in-studio visit or a virtual consultation, Atelier Access gives you step-by-step guidance and curated support to elevate your home with ease. Choose a subscription or book à la carte to fit your needs, schedule, and project scope.

Each Atelier Access subscription starts with a simple questionnaire to understand your goals and brief scope of the projects you are looking to discuss. 

Product purchase costs are not included in the monthly subscription cost and will be sent via proposal for approval for any items that might be from a trade only vendor. All items from trade vendors are shipped to a receiver and delivered cohesively upon arrival of all ordered items. 


Studio Line — $295/mo
Monthly 30-minute Zoom and access to curated shopping lists.

30-min Zoom monthly to discuss goals or needs for a current project or space. Curated shopping list of items to create a layered finish space. This is the best option for someone who would like the advise on a space but loves the hunt and find of securing the items.

Studio Line Atelier Access does not provide access to trade only vendors or procurement.  

On-Call — $795/mo
Two hours of designer time each month (virtual or in-studio), a quarterly micro-refresh board for one room, and full procurement concierge service.

2 hours of dedicated time each month either virtually or in the studio to curate a special space just for you! We will partner together to tailor a product package that is a mix of trade and retail items. This is the best option for someone who has an idea of what they would like in a space but not sure where to find the perfect pieces. We are your partner in finalizing your dream space. 

Procurement of goods will be handled at a flat rate upon the finalization of items from trade resources.  

Concierge — $1,995/mo
Six hours of monthly design time, biannual home walk-through, seasonal styling day, and coordination with builders, GCs, or landscape teams.

6 hours of dedicated time each month to meet on site or in person to dive deeper into your needs of a project. We can consult on site or via zoom for an existing project that might be under way or help you completely make an existing space feel like yours! This is the best option who would like to tackle one space at a time but knows they would like help for the whole home. 
This package includes one on site styling day and home walk-through bi-annually. 
Commitments 6 months and over will include the styling day and home walk through. 
Procurement of goods are included within the monthly pricing. 

À la Carte Services (Prepaid, book online)

A La Carte Services start with a simple questionnaire to understand your goals and brief scope of the projects you are looking to discuss. 

Designer for a Day — $1,800 (local; travel additional)
Six focused hours with your designer to review, refine, and complete selections on-site.

Bring us home for a day! We will meet you at your home at 10am and we will plan out our day and game plan on getting you everything that you need to develop that special space. 

Designer for a day does include one 30min virtual pre-meeting consult 1 week before our scheduled on site visit. 

During this on site visit:

  • We can discuss paint colors & finishes.
  • Furniture layouts and needs.
  • The final layered touches such as types of drapery and styles. 
  • We can create a personalized shopping list of items to be on the look out for. 
  • Discuss items that might be a trade only and how to secure the perfect piece. 

We are there on site to help alleviate any pain that might be happening during a project or to help kick off a new one! 

This is your time to have us face to face in your space for a day.

Paint & Materials Power Hour (90 min) — $550
90 min virtual or in-studio meeting to discuss paint colors and finishes for your home. During this we will help guide you on what to look for in your finishes and also suggest the best paint options for your home. 


Room Layout + Shop List (“Room Kit”) — $2,500 per room
We will request measurements of your space and create a personalized layout to meet your needs. Upon completion of the space plan, we will create a personalized shopping list based upon our discussions and your questionnaire. 
This package includes a 30 min zoom call to begin and a 30 min zoom call to discuss the plan and shopping list. 
 

Spec Set “Rescue Review” (new build/reno redline) — $2,500 flat
Rescue Review is perfect if you are not feeling right about an existing renovation or new build design package. We will offer our advise on how to improve the plans to make it feel like home for you! 
This is great for the person who is having some hesitation on an existing project and would like to have a second person to discuss it with.
