Eddie Maestri, AIA

Eddie Maestri, AIA, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, founded Maestri Studio in 2008.

A native of New Orleans, Eddie Maestri, AIA, has over twenty years of experience in the design industry, is a licensed architect, and heads his Dallas-based firm, Maestri Studios. Growing up, Eddie was fascinated by the architecture and design of his hometown, which inspired him to take up his love of sketching and drawing at a young age.

"To this day, I bring a sketchbook wherever I travel. I find that I can learn so much about space and design through hand sketching. I rely heavily on sketching to convey design vision to my clients. It's a part of the design process that I truly love," says Eddie.

In growing his practice from a solo practitioner to its current life as a full-service multidisciplinary studio, Maestri has completed projects throughout Texas and across the country. Maestri projects are recognized for their strong attention to detail and personality, with each design reflecting the owner's personality and design challenge.

"I have always been so captivated by houses, particularly old homes and the stories those walls have held. I love the craftsmanship and details that were executed by everyday people, and the challenge of creating new spaces to continue that age-old story."

Eddie and his team deliver custom architecture and interior design tailored to his clients' styles and needs. Maestri's projects are influenced by the grand yet approachable architecture of his hometown, the clean lines and patterns of mid-century design, and the ongoing influence of faraway places curated through his love of travel.

Consistently published and quoted in leading publications and media outlets - including Architectural Digest and House Beautiful -Maestri has received multiple accolades ranging from Best Curb Appeal, along with recognition for his Historical Restoration and Preservation projects.

Maestri continues to broaden his studio's design reach with unique partnerships and product collections, including a wallpaper line, and his recently launched Arcana mantel collection.
