Bringing the Maestri Story to Life

As Maestri's Marketing & Operations Coordinator, Naomi helps shape the studio's brand, communications, and client experience while supporting the day-to-day operations that keep projects moving forward. A recent graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Media Production, she brings a multidisciplinary background in graphic design, photography, videography, and content creation, along with more than five years of experience managing social media and brand communications.

Naomi believes the strongest brands are built on authenticity. To her, branding is about creating an experience that feels genuine, meaningful, and memorable. It serves as the foundation for lasting relationships and a deeper connection between people and the stories being told. With a passion for cinematography and visual storytelling, she is drawn to the details that make each project unique and enjoys helping communicate the distinct personalities, lifestyles, and aspirations that shape every Maestri home.

Her creativity is fueled by curiosity and a desire to understand how people experience the world around them. She finds endless inspiration in travel, particularly through learning about different cultures, traditions, and ways of life. Whether exploring Europe, discovering a place through its food, or visiting museums, she believes the most meaningful travel experiences are those that immerse you in the culture of the moment. Outside the studio, she enjoys hosting dinner parties with her family and friends, searching for great restaurants in Dallas, Oklahoma City, and Boston, hiking, spending time on the North Fork with her family, and staying connected with her church community in Norman.

What city has influenced your creative perspective the most?

"Honestly, it's a mix of New York and Florence. Growing up in New York, the fast-paced environment, being surrounded by a bunch of creatives chasing after what they want, and the desire to push themselves to the limit to do so drive my influence and style heavily. On the other hand, Florence, a city of equally creative people doing what they love no matter what anyone else thinks, and still being able to live a fruitful life despite the success of their work, definitely matches my perspective on creativity as well."

My favorite part of building a brand:

"Getting to develop a personal love and appreciation for a project! So many projects go far beyond creating beautiful visuals and telling a story. Below the surface is an emotional connection to the people, the ideas, and the experiences being created. In addition to a deep understanding of why individuals are drawn to certain environments and what drives those decisions. In my opinion, a great brand isn't just one that resonates with its audience, but one that encourages self-discovery and creates a lasting personal connection long after the experience itself."
