The updated plan introduces a larger, more connected kitchen with a walk-in pantry, an expanded primary suite with a new bath and refined closet configuration, upgraded secondary bedrooms and baths, and a transformed third floor featuring custom bunk rooms and a refreshed wet bar. Circulation is being clarified and key spaces are being right-sized to improve flow, functionality, and long-term adaptability.

Contemporary, casual interiors are thoughtfully layered into the home’s traditional architecture, balancing warmth with restraint. Tailored millwork, integrated storage, and reworked fireplaces add depth and utility while preserving the charm that defines Kessler Park.
