Westlake
We’re thoughtfully reimagining this 1920s Lakewood estate—expanding and refining the property so it can finally live the way it always should have. New guest quarters, a re-envisioned pool and pool house, motorcourt, and layered gardens are designed to feel inevitable, drawing architectural cues from the original home to create a cohesive and enduring composition. Throughout, classic Americana details ground the interiors in the estate’s historic character.
For a bit of unexpected fun, the project also includes an integrated sporting lounge complete with a golf simulator, bar, putting green, and chipping range—balancing heritage architecture with spaces designed for modern living and leisure.
