Maestri provides residential architecture and interior design services in Lakewood and East Dallas. Our work in this area is rooted in a long-standing connection to the neighborhood, with projects dating back to 2004.

Lakewood homes are defined by their scale, character, and proximity to White Rock Lake. Many properties have evolved over time, often requiring thoughtful renovation, expansion, or reconfiguration to better support modern living while maintaining the integrity of the original architecture.

Eddie Maestri lived in Lakewood for many years, bringing a personal understanding of the neighborhood and how these homes function day to day. That perspective is reinforced through our experience working within the Lakewood Conservation District, where an understanding of guidelines, process, and architectural continuity is essential. This familiarity allows projects to move forward with clarity while preserving the character that defines the neighborhood.

We approach each project as a cohesive whole from the outset, developing architecture, interior architecture, interiors, and landscape together. This allows for a more considered result, where the home and its outdoor spaces, from garden areas to transitions between indoor and outdoor living, feel connected and resolved, both to the architecture and to the surrounding neighborhood.

Our work in Lakewood includes full-scale renovations, additions, and new construction, as well as interior design, from architectural detailing and custom cabinetry to complete furnishings and styling, with landscape design considered as an integral part of the overall composition. We prioritize proportion, material consistency, and a level of detail that allows each project to feel cohesive, layered, and enduring.
