Designing a home at the highest level requires more than aesthetics — it requires vision, authorship, and trust. We are honored to share that Eddie Maestri, Founder and Creative Director of Maestri Studio, has been named an ARTS Award winner for Interior Designer, presented by ART, the creative home furnishings network, in partnership with Dallas Market Center.
For our clients, this recognition affirms what they already value: a studio known for thoughtful luxury residential architecture and interior design, where every home is deeply personal, highly considered, and designed to stand the test of time.
A Personal, Story-Driven Approach to Luxury Design
At Maestri Studio, we believe exceptional homes begin with story. Eddie’s design philosophy is rooted in history, travel, and lived experience — shaped by growing up in New Orleans, where architecture is layered with memory, character, and soul.
Rather than chasing trends, our work focuses on timeless residential design. We sketch by hand, study proportion, and design holistically — integrating architecture, interiors, landscape, and custom elements to create homes that feel cohesive and enduring. The result is luxury that feels relaxed, authentic, and unmistakably personal.
Designing Homes That Feel Established From Day One
The projects recognized by the ARTS Awards reflect the breadth and depth of our work — from custom new-build residences to historic renovations and conceptual environments.
Claridge Court Residence | Fort Worth, Texas
Designed for a young family, Claridge Court is a ground-up residence with the soul of a historic home. Inspired by Old East Dallas architecture, boutique hotels, and European precedents, the home balances tradition with modern family life. A skylit kitchen, collected antiques, and custom furnishings allow the residence to feel gracious, layered, and ready to evolve over time. The project was featured in House Beautiful, highlighting its refined approach to modern luxury living.
Historic Swiss Avenue Residence | Dallas, Texas
This 1920s home in the Swiss Avenue Historic District was reimagined to honor its architectural heritage while supporting contemporary living. Custom millwork, period-appropriate detailing, and richly layered interiors are complemented by moments of surprise — including a jewel-box pantry, tailored powder bath, and hidden wine cellar. The goal was restraint and authenticity: a home that feels as though it has been thoughtfully collected over generations. The project was featured as the cover story of Luxe Interiors + Design.
Le Salon de Musique | Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas
Created for the Kips Bay Decorator Show House, Le Salon de Musique explores a more conceptual expression of the studio’s work. Drawing inspiration from France and Japan, the space blends Art Deco influences, sculptural architecture, and richly tactile materials into an immersive environment designed for gathering, conversation, and art — a testament to Eddie’s global design perspective.
A White-Glove Residential Design Process
Behind every Maestri Studio project is a highly personal, collaborative process. We guide our clients through each phase — from concept to completion — using hand sketches, renderings, physical models, and storytelling tools that make the journey engaging and clear.
In an era of fast design and automation, we remain committed to craft, authorship, and long-term thinking. Our clients come to us seeking homes that feel elevated yet livable — spaces designed not just to impress, but to support real life beautifully.
What the ARTS Award Represents
Being named an ARTS Interior Designer recognizes more than a single project. It reflects a body of work defined by luxury residential design excellence, a multidisciplinary studio approach, and a commitment to creating homes with meaning and longevity.
For those considering building, renovating, or reimagining a residence, this recognition serves as an invitation — to work with a studio that values story over spectacle, depth over trend, and homes designed to be lived in and loved for generations.
At Maestri Studio, we believe great design doesn’t simply look beautiful — it feels like home.
